We recognize your needs as our client to have quality products that we fully guarantee and are returnable in the case that they do not fit your needs. We value and appreciate your business, so we will do everything possible to facilitate any returns or warranty transactions according to the policies listed below.
Warranty Policy: Big Hoss Mountain Sports LLC will stand firmly behind all products sold on our website. We want to provide you with excellent customer service, at great prices with fast shipping. Any defects in workmanship and materials found in our products will be replaced, with the same or similar product upon return to our processing center for inspection. You the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred when sending a warranty/return product back to Big Hoss Mountain Sports LLC. All warranty issues must comply with the terms of the manufacturer before a warranty return can be issued. Please allow at least two weeks from the time an item is shipped in order to receive your warranty item. In the case that a returned item is not currently in stock, a member of our staff will contact you to ensure customer satisfaction. Send all warranties to the address listed below, and mark the box and correspondence "Attn: Warranty".

Big Hoss Mountain Sports LLC understands that sometimes a product will not fill your needs and may have to be returned. We will attempt to handle your return as promptly and efficiently as possible. All products must be in their original package with all tags attached and not used. Please include either a copy of original invoice, any email correspondence, or packing slip so we can quickly process your return. A short explanation of why it did not suit your needs is not necessary, but would be appreciated in order to better suit you. Items purchased on our website can be returned for credit within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Your return will be credited in full only if returned within 30 days. You as the customer must ship items to the return address listed above and are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. After the first 30 days from your purchase, no items may be returned. Please allow two billing cycles for your return to show on your statement. Absolutely no returns on ANY climbing equipment, closeout items, special manufactured parts or special orders!
